Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Protection: Navidium Shipping Protection is available at checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If shipping protection is declined, Skin & Body Aesthetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise missing after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees and shipping protection fees are non-refundable. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Skin & Body Aesthetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
